Dan-Dougan

Mr. Dougan has more than 10 years experience providing worldwide logistics management to U.S. Government clients, as well as commercial clients within the international Oil and Gas sectors. As Vice President of US Operations, he has oversight of the growing number of U.S. offices and warehouses and also manages the continuing expansion and evolution of the company-owned Cargo and Relocations tracking software, METRICS. Combining strong private sector experience with logistics expertise, Mr. Dougan has a keen sense of the financial components required to successfully manage door-to-door General Cargo and Relocations shipments to locations worldwide. He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Carleton College.

Mr. Martin has more than 30 years of cargo transportation and logistics-management experience related to U.S. Government and U.S. Government-funded cargoes. He joined MEBS in 2005 and today works closely with MEBS World Headquarters in Dubai to ensure customer services worldwide are maintained at the highest levels and that MEBS pricing is competitive and utilizes the best-possible logistics solutions. Mr. Martin works in collaboration with MEBS leadership in each country to assure in-country compliance with all cargo transportation requirements, as well as MEBS compliance with U.S. export control, U.S. cargo preference and U.S. laws under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, International, from George Mason University and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from George Mason University.

As Chief Executive Officer, Bruce provides the executive leadership for the company, ensuring the successful operation and strategic development in all MEBS Global offices. Prior to starting MEBS Global in 2003, Bruce held a number of senior management positions in the cargo transportation and logistics industry including 20 years of international experience working in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
