When it comes to selecting a freight forwarder, transparency, accountability and accessibility are essential. With a proprietary cargo tracking program, MEBS offers unsurpassed logistical support and access. All worldwide shipment logistics are monitored in real-time by MEBS staff. In addition, all MEBS clients have access to real-time, updated transit information via our MEBS Export Tracking, Receiving, and Inventory Control System (METRICS), a secure, password protected web-based portal.
Our customers have the ability to track their cargo from the moment it is received at MEBS docks, through consolidation and forwarding via air or surface and all the way through to the last mile of delivery.
In addition to Cargo Tracking, METRICS also acts as the centralized database for all shipment documentation necessary for the complete door-to-door transit. This added function provides our customers a one-stop resource for all shipment inquiries and inventory control.
